Meet Lynae Cheeks, FNP-C
Family NURSE practitioner
Hometown Healthcare started as a dream and with the help of the Lord, I have been able to make it a reality. My goal is to provide healthcare to those in this community while promoting the "hometown" environment where everyone is like family.

I am a lifelong resident of Clay County, as were my parents and grandparents - so this community is near and dear to my heart. I am happily married and have two wonderful children. I love my job and being able to help people when they often times need it most. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside, singing, playing the piano and being active in my church.
I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and will provide primary care services to those ages 2 years and older. I look forward to seeing you soon and having you become part of the Hometown Healthcare Family!

Meet Kati Whiteford, FNP-bC

My name is Kati Whiteford. I grew up in Andrews, North Carolina but found my way to Columbus, Georgia shortly after graduating high school. It was there that I met my husband, who is active-duty military, stationed at Fort Moore. We have two beautiful babies that we love more than anything. I received both my BSN and MSN from Columbus State University. I have experience in inpatient oncology and inpatient rehabilitation.
I completed all of my clinicals with Lynae and fell in love with her and her staff. I am blessed to be a part of the Hometown Healthcare team and look forward to meeting you all!
